Buying things
I never take a payment on this site. Books are sold by Amazon; printable packs by Etsy. Those companies are the merchants of record: their terms govern the sale, and payment, delivery, refunds and disputes are handled by them, not by me. If something goes wrong with an order, start there — but tell me too, because I’d like to know.
Mistakes
I try hard to be right, and there’s a good deal of machinery in the way of being wrong. But no warranty of any kind is given or implied, and I’m not liable for anything you rely on these puzzles for. What I do commit to is this: report an error and I’ll investigate it, fix the file, fix the printing, and tell you what I found.
